Presentation
The report was made in Romania in April 1998. It tries to reflect the current situation of orphaned children in Romania and above all to see the development that has taken place in the last years due to the action of the NGOs in their effort to try to improve the situation. They were taken at the Chernavoda Hospital for children with advanced AIDS, run by a British NGO.
