Barranquilla is a village of approximately 2,000 inhabitants, located in the Amazon jungle, which has no police force. The inhabitants have organized a citizen security group that patrols the streets in and around the village to protect the population.
One night, they stopped four people on the road as they were allegedly about to rob a pick-up truck.
